  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging; our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours.

  Refund Processing

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
